Price Your Build provides an online residential-building planning and estimation tool. By using this website, estimator, reports or generated images, you agree to this disclaimer.
Indicative estimates only
All costs, quantities, allowances, risk provisions, material volumes, charts, reports and generated images are indicative estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions, rates and formulas available in the system at the time.
They are intended to support early-stage planning only. They are not:
- A quotation, tender, contract price or promise of final cost;
- A formal bill of quantities;
- Architectural, engineering, geotechnical, quantity-surveying, legal, financial or construction advice;
- A substitute for site inspection, professional design, approvals or independent professional advice.
Actual project costs and quantities may differ materially due to site conditions, soil, slope, design detail, municipal requirements, contractor pricing, availability of labour and materials, regional variation, inflation, access constraints, weather, exchange rates, specifications and other factors outside our control.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking that all information entered into the estimator is accurate, complete and appropriate for your intended project.
Before making any financial commitment, starting construction, appointing a contractor or relying on an estimate, you should obtain advice and documentation from appropriately qualified professionals. This may include an architect, engineer, quantity surveyor, geotechnical professional, local authority and suitably experienced contractor.
No guarantee
Price Your Build makes reasonable efforts to keep the estimator useful and current, but does not guarantee that any estimate, quantity, price, report, calculation, generated image or other content will be accurate, complete, current, suitable for your circumstances or free from error.
Use of the platform and reliance on its output is at your own risk.
Independent platform
Price Your Build is an independent planning platform. We do not sell building materials, provide construction services or recommend a particular supplier or contractor unless expressly stated otherwise.
Generated images
Project images are conceptual visualisations generated from the information provided. They are not building plans, approved designs, construction drawings, engineering documents or representations of a final buildable outcome.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Price Your Build, its owners, contributors and service providers will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or its outputs.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
