We may collect:

- Project information: project name, region, building dimensions, selected site conditions, specifications, calculation inputs, saved reports and generated images;
- Payment-related information: payment status, payment reference, transaction amount and access dates. Payment-card information is handled by the payment service provider used at checkout;
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, cookies and similar identifiers;
- Communications: information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information into project names, notes or other free-text fields.

- Provide the estimator, reports, saved-project features and image-generation tools;
- Create and manage accounts and paid access;

- Protect the platform, prevent fraud and maintain security;

Free-estimator inputs may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
For paid users, saved-project data is retained for one year after the end of your most recent valid paid-access period. We may then permanently delete the saved project data from our systems.
We may retain limited information for longer where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or security purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Price Your Build, such as hosting, website analytics, email, payment and technical-support providers.
These providers may process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights, safety or property of Price Your Build or others, or in connection with a business sale, restructure or transfer.
We do not sell personal information.
