Facebrick is an option available in the Price Your Build estimator. It can affect material allowance, substrate preparation, installation and long-term maintenance.

Estimator context

For clay-brick cavity walls, replaces the normal-brick outer leaf with selected facebrick while retaining a normal-brick inner leaf and single-brick internal partitions.
